Redstreak is headed by a group of professionals with extensive experience in the railroad industry and the technology service sector.

Ryan Gilmer, Principal

Mr. Gilmer, a fifth generation railroader, brings extensive expertise using technology to enhance workflow processes, improve safety, and ensure regulatory compliance. In 1997, Mr. Gilmer founded techniques.org, Inc., a company that develops e-learning and instructor-led training for large institutional clients, including the U.S. Department of Defense. Under his leadership, techniques.org has been profitable and grown steadily every year since inception. Before founding techniques.org, Mr. Gilmer managed large-scale technology development projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, Dow Chemicals, GE Plastics, and Walt Disney Company.

Mr. Gilmer holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Economics from Regis University. Mr. Gilmer is also a member of the Project Management Institute, has held Top Secret clearance with the U.S. Department of Defense, and holds state certifications in responding to hazardous materials incidents.

Michael Kester, Principal

Mr. Kester is a former consultant with McKinsey & Company where he managed client teams as part of manufacturing company turnarounds, go-to-market strategy implementations, product development process implementations, and financial due diligence for private equity investments. Mr. Kester also worked as a Financial Analyst for Lehman Brother's Merchant Banking group.

Mr. Kester has a B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he was student body co-president and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Kester received the Harry S. Truman Scholarship in recognition of outstanding leadership, academics, and service.

Peter Foley, General Manager

Mr.Foley began his career as a department manager for Nordstrom. While working at one of the company’s biggest selling departments, Mr.Foley gained special insight into the rewards of emphasized customer service. After several years in the retail industry, Mr.Foley changed paths and accepted a managerial position handling the entire warehouse and logistics responsibilities for a national 3M distributor. Mr.Foley immediately improved the warehouse operational efficiencies to offer additional customized services and value for the customer. Negotiating with local and national freight carriers Mr.Foley, quickly cut shipping costs for the company and the end customer. In a continued effort to offer creative and valuable logistics solutions, Mr.Foley entered the railroad industry where he currently serves as General Manager/Fleet Manager for Redstreak, LLC.

Mr. Foley has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business where he was student body president.
